Sorry we missed you at the shoot. Be sure to check out the show running now (Oct 14) and this Weds. show (oct 21) for part II of the shoot.
We have family (James' Mom) in Texas and property there. We bought the Blazer when it was new..it is a diesel...very rare...hate to part with it.
We leave for San Antonio on Thursday to film the Sporting Clays Championship at NSSA-NSCA headquarters. If we have time while in Texas we will go to Houston after the shoot, we may be able to come up to Conroe and take a look. James will be shooting in Houston, (sporting clays) at Houston Greater, Westside and others....(I'll golf), so hopefully we can connect.
Thanks for writing and watching the show. Also, you can be a field reporter if you have a video camera and can video some of your matches. (edited is preferred) We do offer a payment of $250 if it is used on the air.
Hi Rose Marie. I saw you guys at the California State IDPA match and was going to come over to say hello. Actually, I saw those Texas plates on your little SUV. I was going to ask why and where? I was in one of the squads shooting prior to where you were filming, so your guys never made it by. Too bad!
It's nice to see that you have a place online. A great place to come visit and network with friends.
I shoot the CA State IDPA match every year ... since I have family in Napa. That means I get to visit relatives and shoot a match over the same weekend. There's almost NOTHING better to do with a weekend!
I regularly shoot with the Thunder Tactical Shooters IDPA club in Conroe. There are IDPA matches all around the Houston area though ... Pearland, Memorial area, Brookshire, and of course, Conroe. I'll try to introduce myself the next time I see you guys at an event!
